Refund policy

At barlae, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Item must include original tags and packaging

  • No signs of wear, washing, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Once approved and received, place a new order

This ensures faster processing.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
